The Proma Star AL utilizes a 5/8” centerless ground, hard chrome piston rod for unparalleled precision. The one piece body is machined from forged aluminum and bright anodized for unmatched structural integrity and show-winning appearance. No. 8 Acme threads offer easier and quicker ride height adjustments. Valving adjustment is made with one knob that controls both rebound (extension) and bump (compression). Unique in the industry, the Proma Star AL valving is designed to compensate for high shaft speeds while allowing for low shaft speed control. This valving design increases mechanical grip at both ends of the track throughout the 12 clicks of setting adjustments.
